My Prayers

My Prayers

Deuteronomy 6:1-3 (KJV) Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess it: that thou mightest fear the LORD thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged. Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.

God revealed that He will give many breakthroughs and great victories to His church in this new year. In His sovereignty, the Father will establish the mountain of the house of God in the top of the mountains on the earth. But before it happens, The Lord wants us to pay attention to the foundation of the covenant that we made with Him:

1. To die to self, to surrender of our rights (Genesis 17:9-14), and to live in the Spirit (Romans 8:5).
So far, every time there is an outpouring of the Spirit and spiritual movement, usually it only last for a short time. Although it started accurately and  powerfully but as the dynamics began to approach the pinnacle point, suddenly there was a 'backlash' from the enemy and the movement began to fade away.
The cause of 'gaps' that enables the enemy to easily 'conquer' a church is because there is still the love of self and the love of the world in the life of the leaders of the movement.
God is continuously moulding the life of the leaders and the future leaders of the movement to fully manifest His divinity. The more God enhances or promotes someone to be the leader of a movement, automatically he will be the 'target' of the enemy of the movement. The enemy will overrun and try to kill the spiritual movement when he found even a small ?gap? in the life of the spiritual leader. My prayer for the leaders and the future leaders of the movement is to let the hand of God continues to mould your life in accuracy before He promotes you even more.

2. To live in the presence of God (Deuteronomy 6: 4-13)
There are two types of struggles in our spiritual journey: the positive and the negative. The positive one is when we make every effort to keep the fire of love to God. When we have the heart that is burning with the first love to God, we are preventing our lives from the love of self, the love of the world and the love of money. When our lives continuously controlled by the first love to God, we will always have the reality of the presence of God in our lives; no urge or desire to live in the flesh.
We build divinity and accuracy in our lives when we focus on pressing in His presence by His Word and Spirit.

3. To live in absolute obedience (Exodus 19:5, Proverbs 2:1-5)
Obedience is the fruit of our accurate heart attitude. Naturally, we are created by God as an obedient creature. As long as our heart attitude stays accurate and no negative input, the thoughts of the heart that will arise from our lives is obedience. We can easily obey God or the authority above our lives. When we interact with other people in the society, not everyone brings accurate seeds in their lives.

When we interact with people who brings inaccurate seeds, that seeds can easily be sowed into our lives through the conversation that we made.

That is why every day we have to realign our spiritual frequency with His Word. Now, every hour we have to read, declare or prophecy the Word into our lives. This will condition us to always have an accurate heart attitude so we can live in absolute obedience.

4. To have an accurate relationship with a spiritual father (Exodus 19:9, 2 Timothy 1:8-9, 13-15)

Like it or not, a spiritual father plays an important role in someone?s spiritual growth. When the Ephesian church is under the supervision of Apollos, they only lived in the reality of the baptism of John; but when the church was under the supervision of Paul, there was rapid spiritual growth in the lives of the congregation. They experienced new born, water baptism, baptism of the Holy Spirit, the gifts of the Spirit and God used them to shake all of Asia (Acts 19:7-12).
The same pattern is still applied until this very day. We need to answer these questions: Who is the person that inspires you the most in your life? From whom did you get the pattern of your life?

The answers from the above could show how far we will walk in God. A spiritual leader or father will bring his spiritual sons and daughters to walk as far as he walks in God. However, they should have a healthy relationship with the spiritual father. From the healthy relationship with him, the concept of ministry of the body of Christ is built. The same life flows all over the body, from the hair to the tip of the toes will have the same life.

When God promotes a spiritual leader to be a spiritual father, He is preparing a spiritual infrastructure to build the ministry of the body of Christ. When a spiritual father carries the life of Christ in him, all his spiritual sons and daughters who is connected accurately with him will automatically enjoys the same spiritual life. From that healthy relationship, each member of the body (the spiritual sons and daughters) will enjoy the overflowing grace and favour from the Father in heavens.

Their daily life is covered with the reality of His presence. (Ps. Steven Agustinus
