Living By Faith

Living By Faith

Gal 2:20 (NASB) I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

1. This is the spiritual fact and truth we must receive as believers. Paul was not merely expressing 'a certain feeling' or a divine work he experienced. It is the truth and spiritual fact of believers; Christ lives in us. This is the truth which will end all the devil's methods of trickery in daily living, which is aimed to make believers live in vain, externality and into the rat race. Therefore, it is crucial for us to believe the word and condition ourselves to be influenced by what Paul wrote.
Reading and declaring the word over and over is the most proper way. I believe, such meditation of the word will ensure that the life of Christ within will slowly but surely swallow the external. It will also set our spiritual frequency towards the throne room. Therefore, our way of life will be altogether different to the world's.
Whatever attempts of the worldly spirits to destroy us with their trickery will never work. Because by the Truth, Christ has ruled over our life. No longer I that live, but Christ within! We no longer need to struggle in manifesting Christ, because He already lives in us.

2. Our daily life must be influenced by the Word, such is what we call living by faith.
Until today, I keep pushing the people to read the Bible once an hour. This will make our daily life to be filled with peace and joy. For the word we read and declare will surely condition our spirit man to be enveloped with godly love. This is what makes us always abide in God and could feel His tangible reality. It will also guard our awareness of Christ.
Jesus has given His life for us, and now is the time we give our lives to Him. The awareness that we are His will tremendously help us to be self-aware in day-to-day living - both in what we do and speak. For truly, we no longer carry our personal life, but the life of Christ.
Hourly reading of the Word will end all form of the flesh's manifestation in our life, and at the same time will make us 'manifest Christ's reality.

3. It is not normal for our daily life to be filled with fear and worry, because Christ is in us.
The common problem of man across all social status is fear and anxiety. However, it is not normal for it to plague us believers. For Christ is in us; He has died, risen, defeated death, and now seated on the throne, reigning in heaven. This means that the atmosphere of victory should surround our heart every day.
For the above to happen, we must not perceive the presence of worldly spirits as normal. We must rise in the power of the Spirit and condition the Spirit of Christ in us to take over the battle. The hourly reading of the word will make Christ take over our daily life and ensure victory to be ours. Our part is only to read the word and declare it to the point our spirit man is blazing! Truly, that's the moment when Christ takes over the situation.
Our next part is to believe the truth and live in it. I believe, that's what will make us rise as heroes of faith who give room for the intervention of God's sovereignty to manifest through the life of Christ rising in our life. #iLoveGod (Ps. Steven Agustinus)
