GIVE THANKS

GIVE THANKS

I can truly feel, Holy Spirit is making the living water in our hearts overflow profusely. He gives ‘signal’ in our spirit so we can begin to notice it. The urge to meditate the things of the Spirit is getting stronger. If we follow it, the rivers of the living water from within us will overflow. This will make us “not filthy or dry” in the midst of the wicked generation so we will not be a target of the enemy!

Matthew 12:43-45 (NKJV) “When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation.”

I can see clearly, the enemy is constantly attacking us with the spirit of hatred, upset, anger, resentment, revenge, disappointment, frustration. All of those are being released through people, situation, condition and event to make chaos in our lives and steal our peace and joy. As a consequence, our spirit, soul and body are constantly undermined with various negative thoughts. If we ignore, the enemy will make our days just like a hell in this earth (filled by negative emotions).

I try to contemplate how to stop the enemy’s work that always wants to shake our emotion.

Hebrews 12:28 (NKJV) Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.

That verse above gives an answer in my heart: When we live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God and believe Him, we are actually in the dimension of the unshaken Kingdom of God. But it is not often applied in our everyday lives. We are easily shaken (emotions turn to be negative) when facing people and facts of life every day. It is actually because we haven’t given thanks for the people and events that occur.

Why do we need to give thanks? Because what has happened and what we are facing is by God’s permission to make us more divine (work things together for good – Romans 8:28). When we give thanks (not only by hearts, but in words) then immediately peace and joy will fill our hearts again. Being thankful specifically for all events and people that God actually gives for us. Mention their names, imagine their faces. Give thanks for everything that has happened. Do it until we feel divine enthusiasm fill our hearts (peace and joy).

That’s the sign that Holy Spirit is taking us to merge with the dimension of the Kingdom of Heaven. The truth, peace and joy will belong to us when we own, we have power o present it in our daily lives. We will make heaven become real over this earth! Our lives become strong and unshakeable over anything!

John 10:10 (NKJV) The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

That’s what makes the rivers of the living water within us overflowing so it will run over and touch the lives of many people, giving peace and joy for our surroundings! #ILoveGod
