To Overcome The Greatest Challenge
Ephesians 3:4-6 (NASB) By referring to this, when you read you can understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit; to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel,
In every generation, there will always be a greatest challenge to be overcome by that generation. To be able to rise as overcomers, that generation needs the latest revelation which will be revealed by the Holy Spirit through the prophets and apostles whom He has set to rise in the Spirit, who baptise themselves in that progressive truth the Father has revealed.
1. The truth of the word never changes since antiquity, but there will always be adjustments or progressivity in the understanding of the word - according to the challenges faced by the respective generations.
In the journey of time, many people have been inspired by the story of David and Goliath since a long time ago. In each generation, those who 'become David and Goliath' are different indeed. However, only those who experienced Holy Spirit's accurate revelation will experience the same result in their life just like the word principle; although we are the minority (just like David), but if God is with us, we will easily defeat Goliath (the majority without God's truth and reality).
The application of David's position for God's people in the 1960's may be slightly different to those in the 1980's, but will be very different compared to its application in 2017 like today; we are facing a different Goliath. Regardless, we still need the same word principle, for the word principle never changes. We only need the prophets and apostles God has raised for this generation to help us in interpreting and understanding that unchanging word principle in today's context in 2017.
Without accurate understanding, we will fail in recognising our true identity, and we could be mistaken in analysing the root of the problem we are facing. Automatically, we will fail in bringing the right solution. However, when we merge ourselves with the prophets and apostles God is raising, we could be raised as a solution for this generation and for this nation.
2. God has given the prophets and apostles the ability to bring down progressivity in understanding of the word for this generation, and to impart the grace of truth for those who open themselves to believe.
Every New Creation who opens up themselves to receive the ministry of the prophets and apostles will automatically receive the overflow of grace which will enable them to rise in Spirit power to overcome the greatest challenge (Goliath) intimidating the people of their time.
In His sovereignty, God has trained the prophets and apostles to become overcomers in the Spirit. After the process of moulding of the prophets and apostles has finished, God will raise them to become pattern for many other New Creations. God will start duplicating the same life He has built in the prophets and apostles into the lives of other New Creations!
What is required to start the impartation of life is:
a. Heart attitude which learns to appreciate and to receive the portion of grace God has built into the prophets' and apostles' life.
b. Stirring the desire to have the same portion of grace that God has shown in the lives of the prophets and apostles.
c. Approach the Father and express our desire to have the same portion of grace.
d. Keep following Holy Spirit's guidance which will train us to start adopting the divine heart attitude, foundational convictions and lifestyle of the prophets and apostles into our daily life.
e. Through our heart's determination and zeal, Holy Spirit will keep building our daily life to function as His Temple on earth - to manifest the fullness of Christ.
I pray, so that The Father pours out the spirit of Divine Breakthrough and the spirit of an Overcomer to everyone reading this devotion.
