The Power Of Prayer
For
some time now, God keeps instilling one phrase in my heart over and
over: "It's time for capacity enlargement to occur fundamentally. Not
only personally, but also corporately."
When I kept bringing this into prayer, God gave me the following explanation:
1. It's time for every believer to leave their comfort zone.
Until now, too many believers live only as enjoyers of the word. They diligently attend various services, seminars and training only to fulfil their curiosity; not to be practiced in daily life, but to broaden their insight only. Sometimes, it's due to them living so long within their spiritual comfort zone, which makes them assume that by 'knowing something', they already 'owned' it. They are truly living in self-deceit. Because the truth is, we don’t necessarily ‘own’ what we ‘know’. For example, by knowing all verses and expository of faith, it doesn't mean that we have lived that faith life.
But now is the time for believers to be enlarged in their spiritual capacity; from mere enjoyers to become doers of the word.
2. It's time for every believer to change their mentality from being selfish and wanting to be served - busy with their personal interests, feeling unworthy before God - to start functioning as His light.
In truth, shift in mentality is based on the person's desire to change, their concrete action to fix their heart attitude, and their decision to always make accurate choices. So, when someone has set their heart to change and grow in God, their heart attitude and decision-making’s accuracy will automatically grow.
From accuracy in day-to-day decision-making, believers’ life will keep rising like the light of dawn that shines brighter and brighter until the full day (Proverbs 4:18, 23).
From the determination to make accurate decision-making, all believers will keep experiencing breakthroughs. They will transform from people living in self-interest to Kingdom-interest - God uses them to bring in His kingdom in day-to-day life.
3. It's time for every believer to stop waiting for 'God’s move', and start to realise that God is waiting for us to act.
The Faith life is something real. Whatever our convictions are will start to manifest in day-to-day life. So, if so far we are 'waiting' for God's movement, it means that we are not fully convicted about the "Authority of Believers" that has been taught.
If we truly believe about our authority as believers, our daily lives will automatically show it. The daily life and authority of believers (which in principle has been taught by the apostles) will manifest the demonstration of power and miraculous signs (Mark 16:17-18).
In truth, we are the movement itself! God is waiting for us to believe in His word, to such an extent that we act according to it in our daily lives.
4. Corporately, it's time for the church to mobilise her people, to start functioning as light for their communities.
a. Through the power of prayer
b. Through the demonstration of power, healing and miracles
c. Through many concrete action, in the form of coaching or tutoring to transform people’s heart attitude and decision-making
Church is not a social institution, nor is it a religious one. The church is His Body on earth. Christ expresses Himself through the church.
This means that all members of local churches need to live from the same Spirit, believe in the same thing, and move to realise the same agenda. The act of mobilising the church as the Body of Christ will pioneer a great breakthrough in the spirit realm, and a transformation over cities.
5. One member of a local church could start guiding and inspiring other local churches’ members to ignite breakthrough and transformation in their community.
The domino effect created by some (or many) local churches starting to manifest the same breakthrough and transformation could create a spiritual tsunami which could sweep the nations.
Local churches that have been functioning as the Body of Christ is a prototype or pattern for other churches in the unison of the Body of Christ universally. The main issue until today regarding this unison is the failure of local churches' leaders in recognising God's working grace in the lives of their colleagues in other churches. Obviously, failure to recognise grace will cause many people living without it; churches become lukewarm, their members living 'wildly', leaders keep living under chronic pressure, paranoia and hurting. It's a shame that all of these fail to bring the leaders to repent and seek God's face again, instead, it makes them living deeper in darkness.
Regardless of the external facts happening right now, in the spirit realm I have seen:
THE SEASON OF TRANSFORMATION HAS COME!
ONCE AGAIN I DECLARE: THE SEASON OF TRANSFORMATION HAS COME.
I AM CALLING CONGREGATION LEADERS FROM THE EAST, WEST, NORTH AND SOUTH TO COME AND DELIGHT IN THE FEAST HELD BY THE KING.
HIS FAVOURED SEASON HAS COME. IT'S TIME FOR THE SEASON OF SPIRITUAL DRAUGHT AND FAMINE IN YOUR LIFE TO END. COME, DRINK FOR FREE, EAT TO YOUR FULLNESS, BECAUSE THE SEASON OF FAVOUR AND TRANSFORMATION IN YOUR MINISTRY HAS COME.
